Welcome!

I don't know who you are reading this, but I am glad you are here.

Hi, I'm Kadie

I am

If you're into astrology, I have a pretty loaded 12th, 8th, and 6th house -- meaning:  Hi, I am here to help you heal and embody your earthly life, in connection to spirit and truth, more fully and pleasurably (while I practice the same).

How and when did I come by my favorite healing modality, Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy?
Grace. and (I'll say it) Fate.  2017 in Bellingham, WA.

What eventually pushed me to apply for a 2 year deep dive into how BCST works?
Ye ole Saturn Return:  dissatisfaction with a career in visual research that I once was so proud of and
so much internal pain, at the time, in my romantic partnership including a stack of un-repaired ruptures between us and
a longing to connect in a new way, from my center.  I wanted to become a "Master of Self-Regulation."

Fast forward to Today:  While I am prettttty skilled at "self-regulating" now (if there is such a thing as "self-regulating" -- my animist belief system suspects not), what I learned is that us humans need Co-Regulation.  Our mammal bodies are wired for it.

& when we receive consistent, "good-enough" co-regulation, aka the grounded presence with another who doesn't have an agenda and can mirror to us our inherent wholeness and soul-wisdom, our nervous systems develop a stronger physiological capacity to stay present with ourselves in this way.

Additionally, no matter how robust one's nervous system capacity, there will inevitably be things that come up for each of us that we all will need support with at different times.  My goal thus shifted from Master of Self-Regulation™ to understanding just how necessary support is (and how so many are starved for it in our culture, and how scary the idea of it can be, too, if closeness ever came at a cost, but I digress).

Now some of this may be relatable, or you may be thinking, I just came here because my leg hurts...can you help me with that?

I don't know!  Maybe!

It's weird to pay for something like a healing session with no guarantee if your exact symptom will be healed, but healing cannot be willed, forced, or logically arrived at, unfortunately.

Healing is a mystery to be honored, one that we must learn to bow and relax into.

This is how I guide you on your unique healing path.
& for all I know, your leg may very well feel better in the process.

My formal training includes BCST rooted in Polarity Therapy principles through the Colorado School of Energy Studies with Anna and Liz Chitty from 2022–2024 (RCST® with the BCST Association of North America), and a 300-hr yoga teacher training with Raj Patra and Kelly Suttell in 2019 (RYT - 300 with Yoga Alliance).

I love to teach and also offer workshops and classes on embodiment, co-regulation, and self-inquiry. Besides that, I create through theatre and film, all with a common interest in presence (and fun!).  I am currently exploring this intersection of healing arts + performance play in a Somatic Drama Improv Club I facilitate monthly.  If that's something you'd like to join, let me know.

About Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy

Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST) is a gentle, deeply attuned healing modality rooted in osteopathy and Indigenous Shawnee bodywork traditions, and grounded in the understanding that our bodies are not problems to be solved — but intelligent, living systems wired for connection, repair, and wholeness.

At its heart, BCST is relational.  Healing doesn’t happen in isolation — it happens in connection. Through presence, deep listening, and optional  therapeutic contact, a field of co-regulation is created between practitioner and client. This allows the nervous system to begin reorganizing at its own pace, returning toward its original blueprint of health.

In a session, I’m not here to fix anything. Instead, I honor whatever is presenting — the patterns, the pauses, the protections — as meaningful expressions of your body’s unique history and intelligence. When met with curiosity and safety, change naturally becomes possible.

Biodynamic work draws on principles from embryology, trauma resolution, and quantum field awareness.

It includes physical, emotional, and energetic dimensions — and can be done hands-on or through verbal, somatic connection. Some clients come for help with stress, anxiety, or pain. Others come simply to reconnect with a deeper sense of self, presence, and possibility.

It’s subtle work, but powerful — rooted in the belief that beneath all of life’s noise, there is an unbroken current of health, always present for remembering.
